We have an open-door policy and welcome parents to visit the nursery anytime. However, we request that you inform us in advance for security reasons.

Fees include all meals, snacks, formula for infants, nappies, and trips. Fees are due in advance, and we issue invoices mid-month for the following month. Unfortunately, there can be no refunds for sickness or holidays. Fees are calculated based on the weeks of the year that your nursery is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments.

Any fee increases will be communicated 2 months before affecting your invoice and are based on the nursery’s running costs. We have 2 increases within the year.
